Description
Melaleuca conothamnoides is a shrub growing to about 1.5 m tall. The leaves are large and oblong or elliptic in shape, and grow about 3 cm to 4 cm long and 4 mm to 11 mm wide. The plant flowers in spring from September to November. The flowers are purple pink and produced in flower heads or short spikes about 35 mm in diameter.

Habitat
sandplains, sandy soils and gravelly soils

Distribution
Melaleuca conothamnoides is found in inland parts of south west of Western Australia between Tammin and Morawa and surrounding area.
