PLANT FACTS

Description
Grevillea juniperina 'Molonglo' is a low spreading shrub growing to about 1 m high and over 1 m wide. The flowers are apricot with red styles. The leaves narrow with pointed tips growing 8 mm to 20 mm long and 1 mm to 2 mm wide. The cultivar was developed by Mr. R Willing of the Australian National University, Canberra. In 1964. It is a hybrid between is Grevillea juniperina (upright red flowered form) and Grevillea juniperina (yellow flowered prostrate form). It was accepted for registration with Australian Cultivar Registration Authority (ACRA) in May 1974.
