Description Willow Bottlebrush is a shrub or tree growing to 15 m tall. New growth is pink. The leaves are flat, narrow elliptic in shape. The flowers are creamy white and produced in bottlebrush spikes about 5 cm to 8 cm long and about 3 cm in diameter. Flowering is in September to November. The fruit are woody capsules about 5 mm long. The plant is also known as Melaleuca salicina.

Distribution Willow Bottlebrush is found in eastern Queensland and eastern New South Wales.
