Common Name
Wattle Honey-myrtle

Description
The Wattle Honey-myrtle is a rounded shrub growing to 3 m tall. The small round leaves have a small point at the tip and are clasped against the stem like scales. They are just 1 mm to 1.5 mm long and about 1 mm wide. The plant flowers in early spring. The flowers are yellow and produced in small flower heads about 10 mm in diameter. The fruit capsules are about 3 mm long.

Habitat
sandy plains, stony soil

Distribution
The Wattle Honey-myrtle is found in the south west of Western Australia.
