Description
The Umbrella Bush is a prickly shrub growing 3 m tall. The leaves are heart-shaped with sharp points and grow to about 8 mm long and 6 mm wide. Flowers are produced at various times of the year, usually between August and January. The flowers are white or cream and produced in clusters along the stems. The fruit capsules are about 10 mm in diameter.

Habitat
coastal plains, sand dunes, eucalypt woodland

Distribution
Umbrella Bush is found in the west and south west of Western Australia between Perth, and Exmouth.
