Common Name
Swan River Daisy

Description
Swan River Daisy is an erect annual herb growing to 40 cm high. The leaves are divided, with long and narrow segments from the midrib. The flower heads are about 25 mm in diameter. Flower heads range in colour including white, pink, blue, violet, all with yellow centre. The plant flowers for most of the year from August to May. There are many colourful cultivars available. Swan River Daisies may be grown from which is readily available.

Habitat
heaths, woodlands, plains, sandhills. Prefers ground near watercourses.

Distribution
Swan River Daisy is found in western and south west of Western Australia, also in South Australia and southern parts of the Northern Territory.
