Common Name
Safrole Boronia

Description
Safrole Boronia is a shrub that grows to about 2.5 m tall. The leaves pinnate with between seven and nineteen leaflets. The end leaflet is elliptic up to 7 mm long and 2 mm wide. The side leaflets are longer. Pink flowers are produced in groups of between three and twelve in late winter and spring between August and October. The flower has four sepals about 1.5 mm long, and four petals about 5 mm to 7 mm long, and eight stamens.

Distribution
Safrole Boronia is found in near coastal areas in south east Queensland and eastern New South Wales.
