Common Name
Prickly Moses

Description
Prickly Moses is a small shrub growing to 1 m tall. Some plants have a prostrate habit. The dark green leaves are finely divided fern-like (bipinnate). The leaflets are up to 5 mm long and about 1 mm wide. The base of each leaf has one or two spines. Bright yellow flowers are produced in late winter and early spring. The flower heads are spherical and about 1 cm in diameter. The seed pods grow to about 4.5 cm long and 4 mm wide.

Habitat
woodland, forest.

Distribution
Prickly Moses is found in south west of Western Australia.
