Description The Little Kurrajong is a small tree growing to 5 m tall. The leaves are usually deeply lobed with 3 to 5 lobes, and grow 5 cm to 25 cm long and 6 cm to 17 cm wide. The tree usually drops leaves before flowering in spring, with new foliage produced in summer. The flowers are red or pink, bell-shaped, with 5 partially fused petals, and about 4 cm and 2 cm in diameter. The seed pods are light brown in colour, boat-shaped, and grow about 7 cm to 11 cm long and 3 cm wide.
Habitat rainforest, wet eucalypt forest
Distribution The Little Kurrajong is founds in eastern Queensland from Bowen to New South Wales border area.
