Description
The Lacebark Tree is a rainforest tree growing to 35 m tall. The leaves are lobed with 3 to 7 lobes, and grow about 10 cm to 22 cm long and 10 cm to 20 cm wide. The tree flowers in spring and summer from November to February. The flowers are pink, bell-shaped, with 5 partially fused petals, growing up to 4 cm to 5 cm long and about 4 cm to 5 cm in diameter. The seed pods are brown in colour, boat-shaped, and grow about 10 cm to20 cm long and about 4 cm wide.
