Description The Gold-dust Wattle is a bushy or straggling shrub growing up to two and a half meters in height. It flowers prolifically in late winter and spring, producing round flower heads about 4 cm in diameter. Each flower head contains 8 to 20 flowers. The phyllodes are oval shaped and about 1.5 cm long and 8 mm wide without a prominent midrib.
Habitat It is often found in Eucalyptus woodlands, woodland heath and open mallee scrubland. It grows in sand, sandy loam and gravelly soils.
